            Coffee is plant commodity in 50 countries , one of them in Indonesia . Robusta coffee and arabika coffee are from of coffee bean well known in the word . In indonesia coffee is drink to all people . Coffee can a drunk start from class people and high class people . Tradition of drink coffee in the morning has become a habit in Indonesia . Now , coffee is not only for drink but also made for food even for mask face .

            Some content contained in coffee is caffeine , Ethypheana , Quinic Acid , Dicaffeoylquinic Acid , Dimethyl Disulfide , Acethylmethylcarbinol , Putrescine . The content that make coffee has a characteristic when drinking . Coffee contains caffeine , therefore coffee can prevent depression . Coffee has a high antioxidant content that can be a good source of oxidation . Coffee can also accelerate the metabolic process so that it can control and balance insulin production .

            Coffee is a grain that contains caffeine which can be used for health and even beauty . Coffee contains two anti-oxidants , namely Flavorids and Polyphenois which can prevent free radicals . The use of coffee that contains anti-oxidants can prevent the skin from becoming premature wrinkles (premature anging ) by mointaining oxidant intake in the body . Coffee can reduce the risk of skin cancer in men and women . Caffeine in pure coffee is also very useful in making the skin brighter .

            Caffeine makes the skin becomes healthier because it provider protection to the skin from attacks by bacteria , fungi , and virus that can make the skin dull . The coffee used in this coffee mask is ground coffee . This ground coffee can also use coffee sachets that do not contain sugar , Examples of coffee is “kapal api “ . But , for safer we make our own coffee powder . The way , we just grind the coffee beans that have been separated from the skin and dried in the sun until the color turns black .

            To make mask , prepare coffee powder and water . To maximize the results of this coffee mask can add honey , lime juice , and olive oil . Mix all ingredients to from a paste . Apply to all faces evenly using a brush . leave it to dry completely . After that , rinse with water . To get satisfying results use this mask regularly 3 times a week . This mask is also suitable for any skin type .
